About the Role: Project Manager, Control Solutions

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Manager, Control Solutions to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 5-10 years of experience, focusing on accelerating development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to team activities through rotational assignments combined with formal classroom studies.
• Collaborate with business unit teams to specify requirements, communicate project approaches, and present results.
• Apply a basic understanding of key business drivers to accomplish assigned work.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of how individual team work integrates with other teams and contributes to the overall area.
• Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to develop leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.
• Work effectively within a team and/or under the guidance of an assignment leader.
• Communicate with direct colleagues and the company regarding design and coordination services.
• For customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serve as an interface between the customer and GE Vernova.
• Explain technical information clearly to others.

Required Qualifications

• For positions outside the United States: Basic experience in asset management and executive support. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For positions within the United States: Bachelor's Degree [in X discipline(s)] from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the related family/function groups).
