The Role: Receptionist, Club Operations & Member Experience

We are seeking a Receptionist Operations Club Management CX to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the daily operations of the club, serving as the primary point of contact for members and visitors. The Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth club management and delivering an excellent customer experience (CX).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding club services, schedules, and membership options.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support daily club operations.
• Handle member check-ins and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
