Subcontracts Administrator

About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing subcontracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers and issue requests for proposals.
• Evaluate proposals and maintain subcontract files in accordance with established procedures.
• Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions, including price, delivery, quality, and performance requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all subcontract activities and documents.
• Ensure compliance with governing and applicable laws and relevant regulations of the Subcontract.
• Coordinate closely with various departments, including finance, projects control, legal, and project management, to ensure seamless subcontract execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontracts from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of subcontract terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
