About the Role

Gaga App is seeking a dedicated TeleSales Specialist (Female) to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time role focuses on converting generated leads into active subscribers for our application. The specialist will be responsible for direct engagement with potential customers, providing information, and guiding them through the subscription process.

Role Overview

The TeleSales Specialist plays a crucial role in the sales cycle by contacting leads, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition to subscription. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact and engage with leads provided by the team.
• Answer prospect inquiries and clearly explain the value proposition of the Gaga App.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to ensure sales closure.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Assist customers throughout the subscription process, providing necessary guidance and support.
• Close sales and generate referrals from satisfied customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a telesales or similar customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and connect with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in managing customer interactions and sales processes.
