The Role

As the Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Women's Academy at Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club, this full-time role involves leading the physical development of female players aged 11 to 17. The coach will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive physical development programs aimed at fostering a high-performance environment, enhancing athletic qualities, preventing injuries, and preparing players for sustained success.

Player Physical Development

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate strength and conditioning programmes across both gym and pitch environments.
• Develop key athletic qualities, including strength, speed, movement competency, and overall physical performance.
• Integrate physical development into the weekly training programme alongside coaching staff.
• Support injury prevention strategies to improve player robustness and availability.
• Monitor and track player development using effective athlete monitoring systems.

Strategic Athletic Development

• Deliver long-term athletic development programmes tailored to the needs of youth female players.
• Adapt physical programmes according to growth, maturation, and individual player needs.
• Support the development of physical standards that underpin the academy's playing philosophy.

Collaboration and Professionalism

• Work closely with multidisciplinary staff across the performance and medical departments.
• Contribute to the development of the Women's Academy physical development framework.
• Support an integrated approach to player development across all academy age groups.
• Maintain accurate monitoring and reporting of player physical development.
• Stay up to date with current research and best practice in youth athletic development.
• Contribute to building a positive, professional, and high-performance culture across the academy.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the dynamic environment of Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club's Women's Academy.
