The Opportunity: Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time role is integral to the successful operation of an assigned food and beverage outlet, ensuring it functions as a profitable and guest-focused entity within the hotel.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Outlet Manager in the comprehensive management of the assigned outlet. The Assistant Manager will contribute directly to the outlet's financial success by operating within established budgets and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. All operations must consistently adhere to the outlet’s specific operating concept and the stringent quality standards of Hyatt International.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in the daily operational management of the assigned food and beverage outlet.
• Ensure the outlet operates as a successful independent profit centre, aligning with financial objectives.
• Implement and maintain the outlet’s operating concept and uphold all Hyatt International standards.
• Oversee operations to achieve and maintain maximum guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage operational expenses to ensure adherence to budget and contribute to the outlet's profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management capacity.
• Demonstrated understanding of profit centre management and budget adherence.
• Familiarity with international hospitality standards is advantageous.
