About the Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is seeking a Saudi National to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region, as an Assistant Manager Marketing. This full-time role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and update social media platforms and digital content.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare comprehensive marketing reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-focused industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Graphic design experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
