Associate Technical Professional Civil

About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Professional Civil to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position involves the study, design, specification, and services of various civil engineering works. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria under direct supervision.
• Exercise judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications to engineering approaches.
• Assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments within one functional area, involving conventional types of plans, investigations, and surveys with relatively few complex features for which precedents exist.

Scope of Work

The role encompasses a broad range of civil engineering projects, including transportation systems such as road, rail, airport, and seaport infrastructure. It also covers bridges, general infrastructure, drainage systems, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, water resources and raw water supply, tunnels, and geotechnical design.

Tasks performed correctly in this position indirectly contribute to cost containment, overall efficiency, profitability, and operational success within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant professional experience is necessary.
