Content Creator & Videographer

About the Role

Nithar is seeking a Content Creator & Videographer for a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role involves comprehensive responsibility for planning, filming, directing, and editing video content, with a primary focus on internal communications and in-house content production. The ideal candidate will capture internal company activities, employee engagement, workplace culture, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire video production process, including planning, filming, directing, and editing.
• Plan and execute internal content shoots, overseeing all filming activities from preparation to final delivery.
• Create engaging video content that highlights company culture, employee activities, internal events, and team achievements.
• Develop creative concepts and storylines for internal communication videos and company-related content.
• Handle all filming requirements, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and shot composition.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for internal communication channels and social media platforms as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and capture relevant company activities.
• Prepare filming schedules and ensure all necessary equipment and resources are ready for each shoot.
• Create short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and other visual content formats based on project requirements.
• Stay informed about video production techniques, storytelling approaches, and relevant social media trends.
• Ensure all content adheres to quality standards and aligns with the company's brand identity and communication objectives.
• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and final deliverables for future reference.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi national and based in Al Khobar.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Producer, or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in filming and video production, with the ability to independently manage shoots from start to finish.
• Excellent skills in video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience creating internal communication content, corporate videos, employee engagement content, or workplace-related videos.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Ability to plan shoots, manage filming equipment, and handle production requirements independently.
• Familiarity with short-form video formats and social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments and capture content professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing filming, video production, and editing work.
• Experience producing internal communication videos, company culture content, employee activities, and corporate events.
• Experience managing the full video production process independently.
• Experience working with brands, corporate teams, or marketing departments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, focusing on in-house content production and internal communications initiatives within Nithar.
