About Musanadah Facilities Management

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of daily services and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction within our operations.

The Dispatcher Role

The Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring that drivers adhere to company policies, and maintaining vehicle quality. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring overall customer satisfaction and actively contributes to business development through the preparation of quotations and participation in bids.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and update the Limo price list within various systems, including ERP, TaxiCaller, SIXT Ride, and any other relevant programs.
  • Negotiate prices effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Participate in bids and prepare comprehensive quotations for services.
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate trips efficiently to maximize productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Assign drivers to appropriate vehicles and trips based on their availability and performance records.
  • Monitor drivers’ punctuality, professional behavior, and strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Address and resolve any driver complaints or operational issues, mediating conflicts as necessary.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on transactions to both management and the finance department.
  • Submit invoices to finance and manage the complete lifecycle of trips, from opening to closing.
  • Train new team members on relevant operational processes and software programs, such as ERP, TaxiCaller, and SIXT Ride.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in strict alignment with company guidelines and service standards.
  • Track and monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and overall vehicle performance to ensure efficiency.
  • Follow up with the team to confirm that services are provided completely and to the required standard.
  • Order and manage all necessary service-related items, including but not limited to welcoming papers, bottled water and labels, tissues, and wet wipes.
  • Handle and manage devices and equipment used by drivers during trips, such as internet devices and related tools, ensuring their availability and proper usage.
  • Collect cash payments from drivers for services rendered, ensuring timely deposit into the company’s bank account, and submitting corresponding invoices and documentation to the finance department.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Dispatcher position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar operational or dispatch role, demonstrating a proven track record in managing logistics and personnel.

Essential Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational and planning abilities, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant dispatch and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is crucial. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with effective problem-solving capabilities to manage daily operations, driver relations, and ensure service quality.
