About the Dispatcher Role at PepsiCo

PepsiCo is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management and labor allocation to optimize productivity. PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers over a billion times a day across more than 200 countries and territories, generating significant revenue driven by a diverse portfolio of beverages and convenient foods.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

The Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing all internal warehouse activities, with a focus on stock accuracy, receiving, controlling inventory, and allocating tasks to labor teams to achieve optimal productivity. This role requires close coordination with storekeepers to ensure a smooth flow for order preparation and invoicing.

• Take over shifts from the previous dispatcher, documenting all pending tasks.
• Oversee offloading and loading processes, accurately completing checklists and reporting to storekeepers.
• Allocate tasks to warehouse laborers.
• Monitor stock during loading, reporting any irregularities such as incorrect stickers, missing or excess cases, and empty pallets.
• Conduct daily physical inventory counts for reconciliation and report findings to the storekeeper.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene processes according to established checklists.
• Coordinate with forklift operators for efficient storage and movement of goods to support FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) procedures.
• Hand over the shift to the next dispatcher, detailing outstanding jobs and any special instructions.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained properly, used correctly, and that periodic maintenance is recorded.
• Implement, sustain, and participate in the continuous improvement of the EHS Management System within the area of responsibility, adhering to relevant legislation and PepsiCo standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Experience in cross-functional positions is advantageous.
• Additional experience in a labor-intensive organization will be considered a plus.
• A high school certificate in any faculty.
