About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Guest Experience Agent to ensure guests' stays begin on a memorable note. This role is central to creating a welcoming environment where transactions are seamless, local insights are shared, and guest requests are anticipated, making them feel at home. The Guest Experience Agent will represent the hotel's commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction, engaging with guests daily to contribute to their positive experience and craft memorable moments from the start of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, whether in person or over the phone.
• Process, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure check-in and check-out processes are swift, seamless, and welcoming.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries ranging from billing issues to local dining recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests regarding both concerns and compliments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to transform challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in the local language is essential.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, basic mathematics, and computer skills.
