About the HSE Trainee Role

Worley is seeking a HSE Trainee to join its team in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience who are looking to develop their career in Health, Safety, and Environment. The role focuses on supporting the implementation and maintenance of robust HSE practices across various project and operational activities.

Core Responsibilities

The HSE Trainee will be responsible for supporting various Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives. Key duties include:

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs across project and operational activities.
• Assisting in conducting workplace inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Participating in incident reporting, investigations, and the tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
• Supporting the delivery of HSE inductions, awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and safety training activities.
• Assisting in monitoring compliance with Worley HSE standards, client requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Helping maintain HSE records, documentation, reports, and performance metrics in line with company procedures.
• Collaborating with project teams to promote a positive safety culture and encourage safe work practices.

Required Experience
