About the Role

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a dedicated Inventory Performance Analyst to join its Central Operations Team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory performance across the company's retail operations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Inventory Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing inventory health and operational efficiency. This involves providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, optimize store ranges, and improve display effectiveness. The position acts as a key support partner to store and regional teams, driving continuous improvement in inventory-related workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor store inventory performance indicators, including open box, clearance, pullback, and stock availability, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze inventory health and provide actionable insights to support performance improvement and optimization initiatives.
  • Support store range optimization and display efficiency through data-driven insights and defined standards, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review the effectiveness of display and space utilization across categories and recommend enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory performance reports and dashboards for Central Operations management.
  • Present key inventory performance insights, risks, and opportunities to Central Operations management.
  • Review store inventory performance results with Store Managers and Regional Managers, identifying gaps and recommending improvement actions and support options.
  • Act as a performance support partner to store and regional teams, providing guidance, insights, and best practices.
  • Lead and support improvement and automation initiatives for inventory-related workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
  • Coordinate and oversee the availability of operating supplies (*, inks, printers, shopping bags, uniforms, signage paper, ESL materials, security materials, shopping trolleys) to ensure store operational readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store performance support roles.
  • Solid understanding of inventory performance KPIs and store operations within a multi-store retail environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and support without direct authority.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and operates within a dynamic retail environment as part of the Central Operations Team. The position requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including store managers, regional managers, and commercial and supply chain teams.
