About the Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is seeking a Laundry & Kitchen Technician to join its Engineering Department in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves supporting the efficient operation of all hotel departments by ensuring the smooth functioning of laundry and kitchen equipment.

Role Overview

The Laundry & Kitchen Technician plays a crucial part in maintaining the operational integrity of the hotel's facilities. The primary objective is to provide technical support and maintenance for essential equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and service delivery of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department.
• Provide support to all other operating departments within the hotel.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on laundry equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on kitchen equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Laundry Equipment, Kitchen Equipment Maintenance, or a related trade is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Laundry & Kitchen Technician in a hotel environment is required.
• Alternatively, 4 years of experience in a similar large building, commercial facility, hospital, or industrial complex with commercial laundry and kitchen equipment will be considered.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences. The role operates within the hotel's Engineering Department, collaborating with various operational teams.
