The Role: Operator Structured Packing

We are seeking an Operator Structured Packing to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on operating and monitoring machinery within our manufacturing process. The role ensures efficient machine operation, adherence to product quality standards, and compliance with all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to established instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and report any identified defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
• Record production data accurately and report operational issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

This role is designed for support staff who can follow established procedures and work effectively under close supervision. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant operational capacity. The ability to make smaller, easier decisions autonomously within defined guidelines is expected.
