The Role: Sr. Technical Consultant_WFO

Btranz is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant_WFO to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, KSA. This is a full-time position focused on providing technical support and solutions for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures to identify root causes.
• Support various Oracle FLEXCUBE modules including CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and implement necessary fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD) batch processing activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar technical consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
