Role Overview

BTranz is seeking an Oracle FLEXCUBE Technical Support Consultant (L2/L3) to join their team in Al Khobar, KSA. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications, ensuring timely resolution of production issues, and maintaining system stability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures to identify root causes.
Support various Oracle FLEXCUBE modules, including CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA.
Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and implement necessary fixes.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD) batch processing activities.

Required Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and fixes.
