La Petite Maison (LPM) is seeking a Receptionist for Le Café LPM in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. Le Café LPM offers a casual dining experience inspired by the French Riviera, focusing on quality food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Role Overview

The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for guests at Le Café LPM. This full-time role involves managing guest arrivals and departures, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the restaurant. The position reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the reservation system, including waitlists, bookings, and walk-ins.
• Welcome and bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Maintain an effortless flow of guests within the dining area from opening to closing.
• Optimize seating arrangements to contribute directly to the restaurant's performance.
• Ensure the guest list is accurate and proactively build guest profiles.
• Maintain an immaculate reception area and a balanced seating plan, even during peak hours.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with guests in person and over the phone.
• Anticipate guest needs, such as taking drink orders while seating.
