About the Role

Al Fransi Complex is seeking a Sales Specialist – Facade & Aluminum Systems to join its commercial team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and focuses on driving sales for facade panels, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions within the architectural and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects across the Eastern Province and other regions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for facade panels (fiber cement, HPL cladding), aluminum systems, glazing, and related architectural products.
Prepare and follow up on technical quotations and proposals in coordination with the estimation team.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Support outbound lead generation campaigns and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
Contribute to social media content and campaigns to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Represent Al Fransi Complex at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
