Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

About the Role

Front End Limited Company is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves partnering with leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing, project-driven business. The successful candidate will manage the budgeting cycle, develop financial models, and translate complex data into actionable insights for investment, pricing, and scaling strategies. The finance team is expected to leverage AI tools for enhanced speed, depth of analysis, and sharper insights, consistent with the company's focus on AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes, collaborating with business unit and project leads across sectors.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting, project profitability, cash flow, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis (budget vs. actual), KPI dashboards, and executive commentary for leadership.
• Utilize AI tools for analysis, forecasting, reporting automation, and scenario modeling, promoting their adoption within the finance function.
• Conduct project-level cost analysis and margin tracking across a portfolio of industrial and technology projects.
• Support business development with pricing analysis, bid financial modeling, and scenario/sensitivity analysis for new contracts and strategic alliances.
• Drive working capital analysis, encompassing receivables, project billing milestones, and cash forecasting.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and investment cases, including ROI and payback analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and reporting, and support month-end close reviews.
• Continuously enhance FP&A processes, automation, and tooling in line with the company's culture of innovation and agility.
• Mentor junior finance team members and advocate for best practices in financial analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong familiarity with the Saudi market, including local business practices, the regulatory and tax environment (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority requirements), and the Vision 2030 economic landscape.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools (*, large language models, AI-assisted analytics, automation platforms) in daily finance work, with a commitment to continuous learning as technology evolves.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and business intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of project accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, and working capital dynamics.
• Proven ability to clearly present financial insights to senior, non-finance stakeholders.
