About the Role

Worley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor II to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on managing end-to-end recruitment activities and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce requirements. The role contributes to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through the offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across various disciplines.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, approvals, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent sourcing activities to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the Mobilization and People teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
