The Opportunity: Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is integral to maximizing operations business performance through the maintenance of robust Business and Quality Management Systems. The position is suited for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically within dairy, beverage, or food industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain world-class Business/Quality Management Systems to optimize operational performance.
• Oversee and implement quality assurance protocols within the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and food safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or Process Engineering.
• Formal Internal Auditor qualification in ISO/FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
• Formal AIB International Standards qualification.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety systems.
• Demonstrated experience in process auditing, quality systems, food safety management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
