The Opportunity: Divisional Engineering Manager (Farming)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Divisional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function within its large-scale dairy farming operations located in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior leadership position requires over 10 years of experience and is central to developing and executing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting milk production.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration and ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery.
• Overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance.
• Managing engineering budgets and spare parts inventory effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with Almarai's Health & Safety standards and international engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven experience in developing and executing engineering strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration, electrical distribution, water treatment, and agricultural machinery.
• Commitment to operational excellence and asset reliability.

This role operates within Almarai's technically advanced dairy farming operations in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans through aggressive expansion and acquisitions in new vertical markets.
