The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - System Operations [Supply Chain] to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is part of an expanding multinational team, contributing to the group's growth plans driven by aggressive expansion and acquisitions in new vertical markets. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe, reliable, and effective operation of all automated and non-automated warehousing materials handling equipment and systems. This is crucial for meeting Almarai's business requirements and maintaining operational efficiency within the supply chain.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of experience with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, including CAPA, DMAIC, and 5 Whys.
• High level of computer skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
