The Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader - BMD (Manufacturing) to join its Plastic Plant operations in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for controlling and motivating staff to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards, ensuring effective bottle delivery, and minimizing delays across all PB lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and motivate staff to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.
• Ensure effective delivery of bottle requirements for MNL.
• Minimize bottle delays across all PB lines.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
