The Opportunity: Technical Trainer (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Technical Trainer (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position (Job ID: 89024) is integral to supporting the development of engineering capabilities within the company's manufacturing operations. The role focuses on enhancing the skills and competencies of staff involved in critical production and utility functions.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Technical Trainer is to provide structured learning, development, and competency assessment programs for Engineering staff. This role ensures that personnel involved in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance, as well as Engineering utilities, meet required operational standards and corporate objectives for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver learning and development initiatives specifically tailored for Engineering staff.
• Conduct competency assessments for personnel engaged in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance.
• Provide training and assessment for staff operating and maintaining Engineering utilities.
• Ensure all training and development activities are aligned with the operational business needs of the company.
• Adhere to the overall Corporate learning and development objectives in all training provisions.

Required Experience
