The Role: Technical Trainer (Manufacturing & Engineering)

Almarai is seeking a Technical Trainer specializing in Manufacturing and Engineering to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of engineering staff within the company's Dairy and Bakery production maintenance and Engineering utilities divisions. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall corporate learning and development objectives by ensuring staff competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide learning and development programs for Engineering staff.
• Conduct competency assessments for personnel in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance.
• Deliver training related to Engineering utilities.
• Ensure all training and development activities align with Operations business needs.
• Contribute to achieving overall Corporate learning and development objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Communications Engineering, or any related Engineering field.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant training experience as a technical trainer within a large-scale manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
