About the Role

Arabian Drilling Co. is seeking a Marine Manager to lead all marine-related aspects of its operations. This full-time leadership position is based in Al Khafji and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing marine support activities, ensuring efficient and safe execution across the fleet.

Role Mandate

The Marine Manager takes full ownership of marine operations, focusing on maintaining safe marine manning and providing expert guidance. This role directly contributes to project delivery and operational effectiveness by coordinating resources and mitigating risks associated with marine logistics and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive marine operations and project support.
• Develop and implement strategic planning for marine activities and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for marine operations.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and conduct regular audits.
• Lead marine crew training and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Certifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering is required.
• Possession of an Accredited Marine COC NVQ – OOW certification.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of total experience.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating marine support activities specifically for offshore oil and gas drilling operations.
• Demonstrated track record of executing safe and efficient marine operations.
• Experience in project management and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of marine regulations and environmental standards.
• Expertise in budget management and cost control within marine operations.
