The Role of HSE Manager

Penspen is seeking an HSE Manager to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to international standards within the oil and gas sector, particularly for an upcoming project. The position requires a strong background in HSE management, with specific experience in FEED, Design, and offshore contractor oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects within the oil and gas sector.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Oversee offshore contractors to maintain safety and environmental protocols.
• Contribute to Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design phases from an HSE perspective.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management.
• Demonstrated experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Preferably, experience with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for large-scale projects.
• Strong background in FEED and Design.
• Specific experience in offshore contractor oversight.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. The role involves working within a global energy services company focused on critical infrastructure projects.
