Linked4HR is recruiting on behalf of a prominent offshore marine and construction company with extensive experience in delivering complex oil & gas projects across the Middle East. The company is seeking a Marine Operations Manager (Senior Engineer) to lead offshore construction and maintenance initiatives. This full-time position is based in Al Khafji, Eastern Region, and involves managing significant projects with advanced marine spreads.

Role Overview

The Marine Operations Manager will be responsible for driving high-impact projects, including pipeline, subsea, heavy lift, and platform operations. This role requires a senior engineer to oversee marine operations for EPC, construction, and brownfield maintenance projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marine operations for offshore EPC, construction, and brownfield maintenance projects.
• Plan and coordinate offshore pipeline installation, including S-lay/J-lay, repair, hydrotesting, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Manage dredging and marine construction operations.
• Oversee offshore platform installation, modification, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate heavy-lift operations utilizing crane barges, derrick barges, and offshore construction vessels.
• Support subsea cable laying, retrieval, and repair activities.
• Manage marine spreads, including AHTS, PSV, crane vessels, barges, and various support vessels.
• Coordinate diving operations and subsea intervention activities.
• Develop Marine Execution Plans, methodologies, risk assessments, and operational procedures.
• Lead contractor and subcontractor coordination, ensuring safe and efficient offshore execution.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in marine operations within the offshore construction and oil & gas sectors.
• A background as a Senior Engineer is required for this role.
