Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong floor presence to drive sales and promote exceptional customer service.
- Build solid relationships with customers through effective communication and product expertise.
- Ensure the store is kept clean and organized, and stock is well-displayed per the guidelines.
- Stay informed about all products, promotions, and new releases to assist customers better.
- Process and replenish merchandise efficiently and handle stock receipts.
- Identify security risks and respond to theft professionally.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding transactions, security, and loss prevention.
- Participate in necessary training programs to maintain up-to-date skills and certifications.
- Address customer inputs and complaints warmly and escalate issues when necessary.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s/Technical degree preferable.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
