Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong floor presence to drive sales and promote exceptional customer service.
  • Build solid relationships with customers through effective communication and product expertise.
  • Ensure the store is kept clean and organized, and stock is well-displayed per the guidelines.
  • Stay informed about all products, promotions, and new releases to assist customers better.
  • Process and replenish merchandise efficiently and handle stock receipts.
  • Identify security risks and respond to theft professionally.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding transactions, security, and loss prevention.
  • Participate in necessary training programs to maintain up-to-date skills and certifications.
  • Address customer inputs and complaints warmly and escalate issues when necessary.

Position Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s/Technical degree preferable.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for selling products or services, contacting potential buyers, presenting products and services, answering questions and discussing pricing.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
