Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline through effective CRM utilization.
  • Conduct strategic value-based selling and define business cases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle pricing discussions with clients.

Qualifications:
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory.
  • 315 years of relevant experience in ERP or SAAS Sales, particularly within Construction or Real Estate sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in deal closures related to construction and engineering software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Join Arrow Food Group as a Sales Manager (Pharmacy Channel)
Are you a motivated and organized professional with a robust background in sales management? Arrow Food Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Pharmacy Channel sales department in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time on-site position where you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and lead the sales department, ensuring efficient operations and effective team management.
  • Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed annual sales objectives while considering market conditions.
  • Monitor and control the sales budget to optimize resources and maximize outcomes.
  • Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them meet targets.
  • Conduct market visits to assess coverage, monitor competitors, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with information about new/improved products and services to enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure product availability.
  • Enforce sales administration procedures for smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the storehouse supervisor to maintain adequate inventory stock.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for necessary promotional support.
  • Monitor customer returns to reduce costs associated with returns.
  • Oversee cash and credit collections to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- +7 years of sales experience in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs) Pharmacy Channel.
