Join Bayut as an Associate Director of Sales - Classifieds
Bayut is the number one property portal in the Kingdom, connecting millions of users across the country. As part of Dubizzle Group, Bayut is committed to delivering the best online search experience. In this role, you will oversee the sales of classifieds business in the Eastern Region, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy to meet business plan numbers.
  • Coordinate with backend & strategy teams for optimized pricing and sales volumes.
  • Hire and manage sales resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales.
  • Analyze and report on sales KPIs to senior management.
  • Maintain relationships with repeat clients and promote future business opportunities.
  • Conduct market outreach events and represent the company in real estate expos.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven track record in commercial sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
