About Napco National and the Account Executive Role

Napco National is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are looking to develop their career in sales support and customer relationship management within a professional environment.

Role Overview

The Account Executive will provide essential support to the Account Manager, focusing on direct customer engagement, facilitating sales orders, and gathering market intelligence. This role involves proactive interaction with assigned customers to identify their needs, assist in problem-solving, and contribute to overall sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits as assigned and relay the outcomes to the Account Manager.
• Follow up with assigned customers to assist the Account Manager in securing sales orders.
• Support the Account Manager in identifying customer needs and proposing possible solutions.
• Assist the Account Manager in evaluating and analyzing customer complaints.
• Provide input to the Account Manager regarding sales forecasts to assist where applicable.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts and suggest them to the Account Manager.
• Collect payments to maintain receivables aging and DSO ratios within approved credit limits.
• Assist the Account Manager in converting assigned prospects into Marketing Qualified Prospects (MQPs) and subsequently into customers.
• Gather feedback on competitor activities from the field and relay it to the Account Manager to build and update competitor profiles.
• Seek new ideas and remain updated on the latest trends, technologies, and processes within the field.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 0-1 year of professional experience, ideally in a role that involves customer interaction or sales support. A foundational understanding of customer relationship management principles is beneficial.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular field visits and direct engagement with customers within the assigned territory.
