Aftermarket Sales engineer JIS

About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Engineer- Centrifugal Pump to manage and expand the aftermarket business for centrifugal pumps across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and focuses on promoting spare parts, service contracts, retrofits, and repair services. The role requires strong client engagement and a technical understanding of pumps to support customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities for centrifugal pumps within assigned territories.
• Promote and sell spare parts, repair services, site support, performance upgrades, and long-term service agreements (LTSA).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts across the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and water sectors.
• Conduct site surveys and troubleshoot pump performance issues.
• Collaborate with service centers, OEMs, and the supply chain to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit technically and commercially competitive proposals.
• Work with internal service and engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in aftermarket sales, specifically with centrifugal pumps. The role demands a strong technical background in pump systems and a proven track record in sales and client management within industrial sectors.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working with a diverse client base across various industrial sectors, requiring both office-based work and site visits.
