About the Internship

Amazon is seeking ambitious students to join its University Talent Acquisition Team as a 2027 Area Manager Intern within Amazon Operations. This internship, based in Dammam, is designed for future managers to gain insight into leading and developing teams of Associates within Amazon's core operations. The program offers an educational opportunity to understand how managers engage teams, ensure performance, and foster a safe and productive environment in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

Role Overview

As an Operations and Logistics Intern, you will be placed at the center of Amazon's operations, contributing to the journey of customer orders. The role involves applying analytical skills to improve the functionality and service level of various operational sites. This internship is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep dives into data, mapping processes and identifying problems.
Propose and test potential solutions, then implement the most effective ones.
Collaborate with managers, technology development teams, and front-line Associates to address complex business and operational challenges within Amazon's network.

Internship Experience

Interns will be matched with a mentor and will work on an impactful project.
