CCTV CONTROLLER

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a CCTV Controller to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position involves monitoring property security systems and responding to various incidents to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV), perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
• Lock property entrances as required and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, administer first aid/CPR if necessary, and contact emergency medical services (EMS).
• Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and notify appropriate individuals of incidents.
• Defuse guest/employee disturbances and call for outside assistance when necessary.
• Complete incident reports for all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents and resolve safety hazard situations.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property without disrupting operations.
• Respond to vehicle accidents/thefts and complete Loss Prevention shift summaries/daily activity reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports, releasing information only to authorized individuals.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, report unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Ensure professional appearance, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Proficiency in entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
• Ability to move at a speed required to respond to work situations (*, run, walk, jog).
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for grasping, turning, and manipulating objects.
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and over uneven surfaces including stairs and ramps.
• Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring active participation in maintaining a secure and safe environment for all property occupants. The role involves working independently and as part of a team to address security and loss prevention needs.
