Engineer Production

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring that production modules operate according to daily instructions and maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze plant process parameters and operational behavior.
• Prepare reports on process deviations and advise shift in charge on corrective actions.
• Conduct daily plant rounds during shifts and report any abnormalities to superiors.
• Guide and instruct supporting staff in the production line to ensure smooth functioning of modules and achieve daily production targets, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Clear non-conformities within the shift.
• Prioritize jobs for service departments.
• Coordinate with other departments and external agencies for the smooth operation of modules.
• Coordinate with other departments for planned and breakdown maintenance jobs.
• Log various events and data that occur during the shift.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure the safety of co-workers and the general safety of equipment and modules.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Understand and adhere to organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Follow safety instructions specific to assigned jobs.
• Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff.
• Maintain provided PPEs in good, workable condition.
• Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attend scheduled safety trainings.
