About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations for its hotels in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves driving financial strategy and ensuring compliance, contributing to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Drive financial strategy across the hotel portfolio, aligning operations with strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency.
Oversee financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of annual plans, projections, and budgets, providing insights for business decisions.
Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, General Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers, offering data-driven recommendations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centres, and Regional Operations Finance.
Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hotel policies, safeguarding assets through strong financial controls within regulatory and contractual frameworks.
Optimize systems and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting.
Monitor and approve hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility.
Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance management.
Demonstrated ability to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial goals.
Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance.
