The Role of Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, you will undertake a full-time role critical to the operational efficiency of the company's vehicle fleet. This position involves overseeing all maintenance and repair activities, working collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure that all vehicles are safe, reliable, and fully compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all vehicles within the fleet.
Coordinate with internal departments to prioritize maintenance activities based on operational requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Collaborate effectively with drivers and operational staff to address maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions aimed at optimizing overall fleet performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a closely related field.
Possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
Demonstrated detail-orientation with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills and the proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
