Fleet maintenance Coordinator

About the Role

H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join their team in Dammam and Al Khobar. This full-time role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of the company's fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and compliant with regulations. The coordinator will collaborate with various internal teams to achieve optimal fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all vehicles within the fleet.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prioritize maintenance activities based on operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with drivers and operational staff to promptly address maintenance concerns.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize fleet performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field, or possessing expert-level experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated detail-orientation with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Dammam and Al Khobar regions, requiring close collaboration with internal departments and operational staff to ensure efficient fleet management.
