Group Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

About the Role

Antal International is seeking an experienced Group Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a diversified business group. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

The client is a diversified business group with interests spanning food manufacturing, engineering, automotive-related businesses, agriculture, and real estate. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical FP&A capabilities combined with commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Experience supporting diversified business operations, industrial or manufacturing groups, or large multi-entity organizations is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning across the group.
• Develop comprehensive financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and financial evaluations to assess business opportunities and risks.
• Establish consistent planning processes, timelines, and governance frameworks across business units.
• Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, consolidated performance dashboards, and executive reporting packs.
• Analyze actual performance against budget, forecasts, and prior periods, providing clear variance analysis and actionable commentary.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Partner with business heads and functional leaders to evaluate financial performance, challenge assumptions, and improve accountability.
• Support strategic initiatives involving capital investments, business cases, pricing decisions, cost optimization, and potential M&A opportunities.
• Oversee group-level financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency.
• Ensure reporting practices comply with applicable IFRS/IAS requirements and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, and external auditors to support reporting accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting processes.
• Experience in a group-level, multi-entity, or multi-business-unit environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial performance analysis, management reporting, and financial consolidation.
• Good knowledge of IFRS/IAS principles, financial controls, and reporting governance.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from 25,000 SAR to 30,000 SAR per month. Additional benefits include medical coverage and air tickets for self and family, along with a performance-based bonus.
