About the Role

Bavarian Capital is expanding its team to support a large-scale engagement with a major Saudi infrastructure group. We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master to join our fully remote, full-time team. This position is based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role is essential for maintaining the flow of information and ensuring our internal processes remain clear and efficient as we help our client build sustainable value.

Role Context

In this position, you will act as a facilitator for a distributed team of professionals working on large infrastructure initiatives. You will work closely with project leads and team members to ensure that work is organized, impediments are identified, and the team remains focused on long-term objectives. As a fully remote firm, your ability to manage digital coordination and maintain professional communication across time zones will be central to your success. This is an entry-level role designed for an organized, observant individual eager to apply Agile principles in a practical, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead daily standup meetings to keep the team aligned on daily priorities.
• Assist project leads in maintaining a clear and organized backlog of tasks and requirements.
• Help the team identify and resolve obstacles that may slow down the progress of infrastructure projects.
• Facilitate planning sessions to ensure that the scope of work for each cycle is well understood.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure that all updates are recorded accurately in our management tools.
• Gather and report basic team metrics to help visualize progress and areas for improvement.
• Encourage a culture of reflection by leading retrospective meetings at the end of each work cycle.
• Coordinate with external partners from the Saudi infrastructure group to ensure technical requirements are clearly communicated.
• Support the team in adhering to established workflows while identifying areas where communication could be clearer.

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• A foundational understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, gained through studies or certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational abilities with a genuine interest in improving team workflows and efficiency.
• Familiarity with digital project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
