About the Role: Keemart Expansion Specialist

Meituan is seeking a dedicated professional for the Keemart Expansion role, based in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is integral to the global expansion initiatives of a leading Chinese retail enterprise, contributing to retail innovation on an international scale. The role involves strategic site selection and the development of new store locations within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Dark Store site selection, including on-site inspections, commercial district assessments, and market research for new store locations within the assigned area.
• Develop territorial planning and store opening strategies tailored to local market characteristics and company expansion requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and negotiations concerning fundamental engineering conditions for projects.
• Assess risks and produce comprehensive site selection reports to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate effectively with internal upstream and downstream teams, including engineering and operations, throughout the entire store opening process.
• Oversee project signing, site handover, and opening procedures, demonstrating the ability to resolve various issues that may arise during pre-opening construction phases.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. This role requires a professional who can navigate complex negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful store launches. The ability to assess risks and provide strategic input is essential for this position.
