About Fursan Travel

Fursan Travel is seeking a Leisure Travel Consultant to join our team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, specifically for our branches in Al Khobar and Dammam. This full-time role focuses on providing comprehensive travel services to leisure clients.

Role Overview

The Leisure Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of leisure travel for clients, from initial booking to post-travel support. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a particular focus on leisure travel and airline ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

Handle travel bookings and airline ticketing for leisure clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives related to leisure travel.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and various customer requests efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and systems.
Proven excellent sales and customer service skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our branches located in Al Khobar and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working directly with clients to fulfill their leisure travel needs.
