Logistics Service Coordinator

About the Role

BDP International is seeking a Logistics Service Coordinator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on managing order processing, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and flawless handling of logistics services. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and customer order plausibility analysis.
• Plan, book, and execute transportation orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments.
• Handle customs processing for both export and import.
• Manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing.
• Provide feedback to customers through various channels (mail, phone, EDI), including internal and external reporting of shipments.
• Perform operational troubleshooting.
• Report non-conformances in accordance with established KPIs.
• Cooperate with approved subcontractors based on agreed rates.
• Ensure end-to-end processing and punctual, flawless order handling and documentation.
• Process freight audit payments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
• A professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications is required.
