The Role: Maintenance Engineer

Al Ahmady Medical Complex is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position is essential for supporting the operational excellence, safety, and reliability of the complex's medical facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and performing maintenance on critical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Managing and maintaining medical gas networks and other essential facility services.
Planning and executing regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
Ensuring adherence to all relevant safety regulations and compliance standards within the facilities.
Contributing to effective asset management practices for facility equipment and infrastructure.
Identifying and resolving technical issues, and preparing comprehensive reports on maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience of 2-5 years in building systems maintenance, specifically covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, medical gas networks, and other essential facility services.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and asset management principles.
Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in reporting.
