About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring efficient machine operation and maintaining production quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

The Operator will be responsible for a range of tasks designed to support continuous and high-quality production. This includes preparing for new jobs, operating machinery safely, and addressing operational issues promptly.

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) before starting new jobs to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Operate machines according to established Work Instructions to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise and request support when needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Check and relay startup samples to the production section head for approval before submitting them for QC inspection, ensuring the quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head to facilitate necessary corrective actions.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run and maintain the 5S conditions of machines and the surrounding workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess foundational experience in an operational or manufacturing environment, demonstrating an ability to follow instructions and contribute to production efficiency.

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
